Prices, Shipping calculations, Shipping details and Import Taxes (Tariffs for US buyers!)
All prices stated in this website for all HU-01 watches are in Singapore Dollars ($SGD).
Shipping is FREE and included in the prices listed, however customs, taxes, or VAT are borne by the buyer.
All watches are shipped by either via Fedex or DHL or UPS at our discretion.
All shipments come with a dedicated tracking code and will be sent via email from Shopify or from Horologicallyunique@gmail.com once your package is shipped out.
All HU-01 watch prices stated on our website excludes any form of import fees/customs fees globally.
Any customs duties or import taxes are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country, if they apply, and these charges must be paid by the buyer/recipient of the parcel.
(As we have no control over these charges, unfortunately we are unable to advise you of the amount of these charges in advance, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We strongly advise you to contact the duty services in your country to obtain an estimated duty amount and/or contact your local customs office for current charges before your order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.)
If the taxes and customs fees are not paid, your order will be returned to us. Any additional shipping cost due to unpaid duties/import taxes will be liable to the buyer.
In the event the product could not be delivered due to the customers non-payment of customs fees, permit fees due to the remote or out of town area or, if customs refuse the product for whatever reason, Horologically Unique is entitled to withdraw from the contract.
Any payments made will be refunded, subject to deduction of delivery costs and all others costs Horologically Unique had to bear in connection with for the return of the product.
(*Note to the U.S. buyers: Due to new and unknown tariff policies, you may incur significant tariffs upon receiving the goods. These costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. By confirming your purchase, you understand and agree to pay any additional import duties.)
Warranty, Services, and Repairs,
All watches come with a 12 months warranty that is activated on the date of delivery.
All HU-Project watches are thoroughly inspected by professionally trained watchmakers and after, personally inspected by myself before being shipped out to your delivery address. A full cycle test is done for 4 to 5 days ensuring the accuracy on each watch before personally doing a full QC (quality control) routine and check, one by one for every order.
However in the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or defective due to manufacturing error found by our watchmakers, you may be entitled to make a warranty claim within the warranty period.
- All warranty claims during its validity will be assessed and would require you to provide evidence of the defect, such as photos and/or videos of the watch, as well as the original packaging prior to returning the timepiece back to us.
- Any claim for manufacturing defects or hidden defects must be submitted within 48 hours from the date of delivery of your HU-01 watch or, in case of hidden defects, from their discovery. Our customer service is available at Horologicallyunique@gmail.com
A manufacturing defect and/or a hidden defect notified in the above mentioned delay shall allow for the replacement or reparation of the defective product, at Horologically Unique’s sole discretion, by Horologically Unique and at Horologically Unique’s costs (except the shipping cost of the defective product to us which shall be at the customer’s cost).
The customer must then return the damaged or defective product to Horologically Unique (with its original packaging), to the address that Horologically Unique will communicate at a later stage. - You must use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. If the product is lost, due to the fact that you do not use a tracking service and do not purchase shipping insurance, Horologically Unique will not refund you.
Once your watch is received and inspected, we will send you an email via Horologicallyunique@gmail.com to notify you on your warranty approval.
If you are approved, you will receive a confirmation email, your assessment, and your repair will be processed.
The warranty does not cover any damage caused by any form of misuse of a product, or by mistreatment of the package/impact on the package caused by the shipping courier companies.
Excessive shocks or vibrations, exposure to strong electromagnets and similar activities can cause damage to or affect the internal functions.
The warranty also does not cover any damage on any part of the watch resulting from abnormal use, lack of care, negligence, accidents, incorrect use of the watch and non-observance of the directions provided by Horologically Unique/damage caused by an unauthorised repair centre.
Additional note: The warranty is not applicable in the following cases:
1. Theft/loss.
2. Wear and tear and normal aging of the watch (scratched glass, impact or scratches on the case...)
3. All types of damage to the entire watch (or part of it) resulting from improper handling or use, lack of maintenance, negligence, accident (drop, scratch, crush, broken glass, etc.), improper use of the watch.
4. All types of damage indirectly related or consequential to normal wear and tear of the watch, such as non-functioning, defects or inaccuracies of the HU-01 watch.

The warranty does not include straps, buckle, and accessories.
Returns/Refunds
Unless the watch falls under the warranty for service or repair, no refunds or returns will be allowed after your order is placed.
As with all other brands or projects of this nature, withdrawal rights are not applicable for pre-order and limited edition watches. This is because these limited editions are only sold for a specific period of time and allocations cannot be sold again after a potential return. These Pre-orders limited by time cannot be refunded during and especially after the pre-order selling period, as all of our HU-Project watches are produced with the funds received.
By confirming your purchase, you understand, respect and agree to this policy.
Any individuals who cannot respect this, and still chooses to purchase one of our projects but later attempts to force any unruly chargebacks acknowledges that they are committing friendly fraud, and will be reported to their bank and our provider.
(*Note in the extreme rare case where a refund can be authorised, such as accidentally buying multiple of the same order, please contact us immediately and I will most definitely make it right. FYI one such case happened because the bank accidentally told the buyer their first order didn’t go through, but it did and the buyer bought it a second time only need to realise he’s been charged twice. 😭😂)
Expected Delivery for my HU-XX watch?
Be sure to check out the product page of the current project you have or wish to pre-order from! And as with all projects like these, the delivery period is always an estimate and there may always be slight delays, especially when there are long holidays during certain months, or maybe on a positive outcome, unexpected early deliveries haha!
